*
Chimay
Chimay is an authentic Trappist beer that is brewed within a Trappist monastery, under the control and responsibility of the monastic community. Only 6 beers in Belgium can carry the appellation "Trappist": Chimay, Orval, Rochefort, Westmalle, Westvleteren and Achel.

*Abby De Leffe
Blond color, made with clear malt and of medium strength. Leffe is Belgium's original abbey beer, tracing it's origins back to the abbey of Leffe, founded in 1152. Inside the abbey, monks handcrafted their own beer according to the specific rules. In the 1800's abbey beers were beginning to be brewed outside the abbey wall, though the traditions and recipes were followed closely. Alc. Vol.6.6%

*Hoegaarden
World renowned as. "The best of the white beers". The Hoegaarden history starts around 1445 in the small village of the same name; following a secret recipe using the purest ingredients and locally grown wheat, the villagers developed the original unfiltered white beer. Light and refreshing beer with a slightly bitter and fruity taste, with a hint of coriander and curacao. Alc.Vol.5%

*Lindeman's Lambics
Southwest of Brussels, in the quiet Belgian town of Vlezenbeek, the Lindemans family has been farming and homebrewing as long as anyone can remember. Commercial brewing started in 1811 in their barn-like brewery.

Lambic, or spontaneously fermented beers, are among the world’s rarest. Produced more like a methode champenoise champagne, than a typical beer, these products mature in oak for nearly two years prior to release.

Merchant du Vin introduced Lindemans lambics to the United States in 1979, making them the first lambics marketed in U. S. history. To this day, they remain both the best selling and most widely honored brand in the category; including being named "One of the Top Ten Breweries in the World" for four consecutive years.
